The River View Residences were designed in the Ontario offices of IBI Architects, acquired by the acclaimed international firm Arcturus in 2023. Their proven team of highly experienced architects and designers produced a highly functional layout with an exterior design that is both modern and yet classic enough to withstand the test of time.
Maximized Views
The angles of the building and suite designs have been carefully selected to maximize the beautiful views from the large windows and balconies. Most units have great views of the Moira River, and all of the suites have an unobstructed residential view, with a great sunrise or sunset.
Beautiful Balconies And Terraces
Every suite features a wonderful balcony or terrace, giving the resident a place to get some fresh air and enjoy the outdoors. They all have glass barriers to allow maximum light to come in, and maximum view whether seated or standing.
Optimized Suite Layouts
Each suite in the River View Residences was carefully designed to maximize the use of space and provide as much flexibility as possible. The suite configurations include one bedroom, two bedrooms, two bedrooms plus den, and some larger penthouse units. In-suite laundry rooms are included in all configurations, and the kitchens are all open concept, so the maximum amount of open space and natural light is available.

The site was meticulously developed by Staikos Homes partner company, GMS Excavating, and is just steps away from a walking path along the river. Also developed by Staikos Homes, Canniff Mill Park, a large recreation park with an impressive climbing structure for children, is only two streets away.

Built To Last
Total Precast by Stubbe's
The entire building structure is built and assembled by Stubbe's Precast of Harley, Ontario. By building the individual slabs in their controlled factory environment, Stubbe's is able to guarantee and delivery a high quality structure. It offers superior sound proofing, fire resistance, and more. The slabs were transported to the site in Belleville and assembled on-site by Stubbe's expert team. This building is made to last, surviving the tough Canadian elements year after year.
