Beautiful Design
Canniff Mill Residences was designed in the Ontario offices of IBI Architects, acquired by the acclaimed international firm Arcturus in 2023. Their proven team of highly experienced architects and designers produced a highly functional layout with an exterior design that is both modern and yet classic enough to withstand the test of time.
Each suite in Canniff Mill Residences was carefully designed to maximize the use of space and provide as much flexibility as possible. The suite configurations include one bedroom, two bedrooms, two bedrooms plus den, and some larger penthouse units. In-suite laundry rooms are included in all configurations, and the kitchens are all open concept, so the maximum amount of open space and natural light is available.
