Every suite in the River View Residences comes equipped with smart home integration by Canadian smart community pioneer SmartONE. A centralized touch screen panel in each unit provides access and control for door security and alarms, heating, air conditioning, and more. The functionality also integrates into your smartphone via the SmartONE mobile app.

The River View Residences will all have fibre optic internet connections available from day one. This will provide for the fastest internet speeds available today, and is also future-proof, allowing for even greater speeds in the future.
Security
A state-of-the-art security system ensures the building common areas and the suites remain safe and secure at all times. High resolution, night vision cameras keep the exterior under surveillance. In-suite door alarms and a digital access and entry system ensure that the suites are only accessed by residents and guests, and lost keys are simply a relic of the past.

Climate control, security, and all of the other smart community and smart home features are easily accessed from this touch screen display. It provides an intuitive way to set the suite temperature, arm the alarm, assign access codes to family and guests, access building cameras, and more. The powerful software platform supports applications and updates, meaning that the panel will evolve to support new functionality as our smart community evolves!
