Once the first building is complete at 156A Wims Way, a second tower will follow, further enhancing this vibrant riverside community.

BELLEVILLE, ON, Oct 26, 2023 -- Suite Home Living by Staikos, the latest member of the Staikos Homes group of companies, is proud to announce the construction of the first of a series of rental communities in the Quinte region, satisfying the demand for different forms of residential development. The Staikos family has long been associated with some of the finest residential neighborhoods in the region. This new development is located in one of the most prominent Staikos communities, Canniff Mill Estates. Situated on Wims Way at the bank of the picturesque Moira, the first building of the River View Residences will provide for 68 new, much needed rental units to the city of Belleville, with more to come. The building is just north of highway 401 and a convenient short drive to shopping, restaurants and numerous different businesses and places of employment. A second building at the same location is planned to provide even more units, further strengthening the community. Occupancy for building 1 is scheduled for the end of 2024.
