The River View Residences will feature a fitness centre on the main floor with over 900 sq ft of floor space, custom designed by LIV North, and equipped with Life Fitness exercise equipment. This brand may be familiar to you as it is commonly used in commercial gyms, hotels, and apartment buildings worldwide.
The flooring will be finished with Edgewood Voyager tile flooring, specially designed for gyms, while the walls will have plenty of mirrors to help ensure proper form during workouts. The fitness centre will have access controls tied into the building smart locks, ensuring quick and easy access at all times. By locating the gym on the ground floor, residential units will not be impacted by noise from workouts in progress, ensuring a peaceful environment at all times.
